Just 15 minutes from the beaches, this wonderful holiday villa between the popular cities of Noto and Syracuse, is a dream come true. In the last two years the owner of this villa, a fashion designer from Paris, transformed this villa into a colorful design luxury holiday HOME where it's difficult to leave once arrived.
The villa is surrounded by 9 hectares of land, with olive and fruit trees and is completely privately located.
There are four comfortable bedrooms, all with ensuite modern bathrooms and nicely decorated. In the living on the ground floor there are three different sitting areas and there is a dining area which opens to the outside porch. The design of Villa Felicità is a stylish combination of a contemporary eclectic style and unique 70s vintage pieces.
The kitchen is a chef's heaven! All guests love the professional equipment: a pizza oven, a large stove from Grand Château La Cornue (the best!), a grill plate, a food processor, an ice maker, a Nespresso machine and a large fridge. Guests can pick their veggies from the large organic vegetable and herb garden.
The natural garden absolutely unique. Where the terraces are full of pots with the most amazing plants, the gardens are natural and will be wonderful to walk through. You will enjoy the breathtaking views over the vast landscape. The large swimming pool (15 x 6 meters) is surrounded by lawns, olive trees, and orange trees.
Several outside lounging areas with armchairs but also hammocks invite you to unwind completely. This is an unique place!
