Montemare

This is the ideal combination between modern design and traditional architecture. The possibilty to be at the most unique beaches in italy, in 30 minutes makes it the ideal holiday destination.

This traditional country house (400 m²) from the 18th century was restored in 2015 by a known architect. They created a heaven-on-earth villa and made it into the perfect holiday destination. The modern design, along with the traditional structure and unique position in the green hills of Le Marche, makes it a wonderful place to stay. The beach nearby at a distance of around 30 minutes by car is a great addition and gives you the opportunity to combine a country-side vacation in one of the best regions of Italy with a beach holiday.

The house is a comfortable place for 10 guests, ideal for families with children. The large swimming pool, wireless internet, music system airplay and the different seating areas makes it the perfect atmosphere for larger groups, where everyone can have their privacy. The large garden of 7000 sqm, overlooking the entire area with the sea in the front and the mountains in the back, is absolutely perfect.

All five spacious en-suite bedrooms with double beds (all twins). Individually controlled air conditioning in every bedroom.

Bathrooms

5 en-suite modern bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink. 1 bathroom has a bath tub and separate shower.

Kitchen

The kitchen is part of the downstairs living area which opens towards the outside porch, facing the pool. Part of the kitchen area is also a dining with large table. Behind the kitchen is a separate pantry, in the same style of the kitchen, including sink, second dishwasher, ice-maker, chilled water tap and American Fridge. The main kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances like a big professional stove with oven. This kitchen is the ideal place to cook your Italian lunches and dinners. Next to the pantry is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Living rooms

Spacious sitting room with fireplace on the first floor. Here you will find a flat screen satelite TV with surround sound. On the ground floor the kitchen living area has also a reading corner and together with the dining area can be seen as a very comfortable living room which is the ideal place to be.

Cleaning

Weekly fresh bed linen and towels included. Permanent maintenance of the house, garden and pool in all aspects during your stay. The cleaning lady will provide a mid week cleaning including fresh towels. A larger cleaning with linen change on Saturday for longer stays.

Notes

Baby cots can be provided on request. The house is 'non smoking' and dogs are not welcome.

The property is near the town of San Lorenzo (5 minutes) and in field Pergola (10 minutes). In San Lorenzo you can find good basic amenities (bakery, pharmacy, butcher, restaurant etc). In Pergola you will find a wider selection. The beach of Senigallia at 35 minutes, 20 minutes Marotta, Fano 50 minutes. The first shops are 3 kms away from the property.

Nearest airports are Ancona Falconara Airport (56 km) and Umbria International Airport Sant'Egidio Perugia (86 km), Bologna Airport (195 km.

Perfect hygiene: to ensure an exceptional level of hygiene in all our villas, we’ve worked with our owners to create a Covid-19 villa management protocol. Based on recommendations from the World Health Organisation, and in compliance with current Italian national law, this protocol goes above and beyond our usual rigorous cleaning standards.

Prior to arrival, your villa will have been fully sanitised, including all surfaces, objects, kitchen items, curtains, sofas, throws, pillows, toys, and in and around the pool. You are welcome to ask for a detailed list of the entire cleaning procedure we do after each departure and before welcoming new guests to the property.

The owner of this house has complied with the following standards:

To ensure the necessary information concerning social distancing and the use of masks is available to all guests
To guarantee availability of and accessibility to hand hygiene systems with hydro-alcoholic solutions and soaps in all inside areas of, and pertaining to, the villa

For the swimming pool: to guarantee the efficacy of the water treatments, while respecting legal limits (the parameter for free active chlorine in the pool is between 1.0 – 1.5 mg/l; combined chlorine ≤ 0.40 mg/l; pH 6.5 – 7.5 or equivalent oxygen)
For air conditioning systems: to guarantee the air re-circulation function is switched off and, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, with the plant in off-mode, to clean the air filters of the heating/cooling plants that use heat pumps, fan coils and convectors, at the end of each stay
