Casa Panicale

Casa Panicale is a real private home ideal for holidays of a family or group of friends who prefer to enjoy the Umbrian country side at walking distance from one of Italy's best kept medieval villages.

Casa Panicale is an ideal property for those who prefer the peace of the countryside whilst enjoying the benefits of a small town at walking distance. The villa has been done up with the greatest care by the current owner (since 2010). One will find two floors plus another small apartment in the main house which was built in 2014. A solid wooden garden house for storage of garden and pool equipment can be found in the garden. The large pool is located near the house. The vicinity to town, the well kept garden of the so called 'right size (not too big, nor too small) with beautiful undisturbed views and the asphalted access road make this an ideal home.
