Very luxurious country house, newly built in a traditional style, situated close to the old village of Collazzone, not far from Todi and the well known wine village Montefalco. The property includes an open air swimming pool (5 x 10 m) and a stunning garden full of beautiful flowers and special trees. There is also a very unique rose garden with dozens of different types of roses. The villa is decorated to every single detail and to the highest standards.
On the ground floor one can find a living room with winter garden room, separate guest bathroom, open modern kitchen with dining room opening to two covered terraces each providing a fresh shade during hot Summer days; one terrace is supplied with an open air kitchen and BBQ. Downstairs is a spacious studio/bedroom with bathroom and sitting room, which also leads to the huge garage where also the laundry area is located. On the first floor are another two bedrooms each with own bathroom.
Underneath the pool an independent studio apartment is created with double bed, bathroom and pantry. Next to the swimming pool you will find a sun deck as well as a very unique wooden shadowed terrace; this terrace reaches into the small private wood, providing a natural shade. A short footpath goes further down into the forest, where a little meditation area created in wood can be found
The furnishing of the house is of excellent high quality. The owners spent a lot of time in making this house a very special place for their guests, which it definitely is!
For a larger group of guests this villa can be rented together with apartment la Torre which is located in the old town of Collazzone.

Procedure
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 days before arrival; weekly cleaning: EUR 100; security deposit: EUR 500.
Changing
Saturdays arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM. Other arrival and departures days on request.

Four spacious, romantically furnished and decorated bedrooms.
Bathrooms
Four bathrooms each with bidet, shower and toilet; separate guest bath room on the ground floor in the main house.
Kitchen
The modern kitchen is equipped with all modern utilities.
Livingrooms
At the ground floor one will find the luxury furnished living room with comfortable chairs and sofa plus a beautifully located and light winter garden room providing a cosy spot 'outside' in early Spring and early Fall. Satellite tv plus DVD player are available.

Large garage with all garden equipment plus modern laundry room.

Weekly linen change; extra cleaning service available upon request

Collazzone is very well positioned. Villages like Bettona, Deruta (ceramics), Marsciano, Fratta Todina, Gualdo Cattaneo are easy to reach. Both popular cities Todi and Perugia are only 20 minutes away and also Orvieto and Assisi are very easily reachable.

Ideal for long walks directly from the property. Beach and water sport facilities at the nearby Lake Trasimeno (54 km). Golf courses are near Panicarola (64 km) at Golf Course Lamborghini (9 holes) and in Ellera Umbra (38 km) at Golf Club Perugia (18 holes).
