Procedure
Deposit: 30% deposit upon booking, balance six weeks prior to arrival.
Changing
Saturdays arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM; eventually changed days and hours upon request.
ACCOMODATION
Bedrooms
The villa can sleep up to 8 in 3 spacious rooms all with breathtaking views across the valley. The ground floor has 1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, with french doors leading onto the garden and terrace. Stairs from the dining room take you up the medieval tower, where on the first floor there is a large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, accommodating 4 in total and an ensuite bathroom. Further stairs lead to the magnificent 2nd king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and views from a postcard.

Kitchen
There is a well equipped kitchen and laundry that features a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and all the applicances necessary to cook for a large group.
Livingrooms
On the ground floor a corridor leads to the charming and comfortable living room with a working fireplace, which easily seats 8 people on large soft sofas. A door takes you through to the large open plan dining room that will seat 8, and has direct access to the outdoor dining terrace.

Accessibility
The house is not specifically suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Outside
On top of the tower is a stunning panoramic outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of Murlo estate, with a seperate coffee table and chairs and a set of more formal dining table and chairs, seating 8. There is a large private garden with a heated infinity pool (6m x15m) and jacuzzi enjoying magnificent views of all the valley. The pool is equipped with numerous sun beds, umbrellas and chairs and there is an additional dining table and chairs and bbq.
Notes
The extensive private grounds of Murlo estate that surrounds la Torretta, provide privacy for guests, as well as making it ideal for walkers and nature lovers wishing to explore the surrounding woodland and nature reserve.
SURROUNDINGS
First and for all facility is the Golf Course of Antognolla, an 18 holes Championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. within the estate at 2 minutes drive. There is a driving range, practice ground, club house, restaurant, bar and rental facilities for clubs, trolleys and golf carts. The club is also accessible with a golf cart through a private path across the nature reserve. All guests staying enjoy discounts on the golf green fees and at the clubhouse restaurant.

Leisure
Next to golf the property is an ideal operating base for long walks and other activities as mountain biking or fishing in one of the lakes of the estate during summer or in the river during fall, winter and spring.
