This charming colorful townhouse (5 sleeps, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) is located in one of the old Medieval streets of the historical centre of Umbrian hill town Collazzone, not far away from Todi, overlooking the Tiber valley. This nicely restored townhouse has wonderful views on the Umbrian country side from two levels of the apartment. The luxury interior is a good combination between classical and modern design, done in a cozy style with many appropriate personal touches.

Le Note is just two foot steps away from some local shops, a restaurant, church and a bar. Two small French balconies, overlooking the whole Tiber valley, make this place also ideal for anyone who likes to be 'in town' and also would like to have a possibility to have some outside space. With a fireplace in the living room one may also think of enjoying a short break or even a longer stay in Winter.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Pricing

October - May: EUR 675; June - September: EUR 825. Rental price includes cleaning fee.

Procedure

Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 days before arrival; 

Security deposit: depending on the length of stay;

Heating during winterperiod: EUR 50 each week.

Changing

Saturdays (depending on other bookings) arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM. Other arrival and departures days on request.

ACCOMODATION

Bedrooms

Two nicely decorated rooms, one with a double bed and one with a small double bed. On the second floor there are two single beds.

Bathrooms

Two modern bathrooms (toilet, shower and bidet) of which one with a separate bath. The owner put a lot of effort in the design of the bathrooms.

Kitchen

Nicely decorated and well equipped kitchen on the ground floor with large wooden table, ideal for having lunch and dinner.

Livingrooms

Spacious living room, very nicely decorated. HIFI system and satellite TV.

Other rooms

Separate room in the basement where washing machine and dryer can be found.

Cleaning

The cleaning lady will weekly clean the house and bring fresh bed linen and towels.

Amenities/Facilities

Amenities: Oven, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron+board, Satellite tv, Internet access, Central heating, all in good condition.

Accessibility

The apartment is not specifically suitable for people with mobility problems

Outside

There are 2 small French balconies on the valley side of the house.

Notes

The owner spent a lot of effort in the decoration of the house, for instance beautiful lights by the well known designer Ingo Maurer and beautiful kelims in the entire house.

SURROUNDINGS

Collazzone is very well positioned. Villages like Bettona, Deruta (ceramics), Marsciano, Fratta Todina, Gualdo Cattaneo are easy to reach. Both popular cities Todi and Perugia are only 20 minutes away and also Orvieto and Assisi are very easily reachable.

Leisure

Ideal for long walks directly from the property. Beach and water sport facilities at the nearby Lake Trasimeno (54 km). Golf courses are near Panicarola (64 km) at Golf Course Lamborghini (9 holes) and in Ellera Umbra (38 km) at Golf Club Perugia (18 holes).

The nearest swimming pools are in Marsciano (10 km), San Venanzo (15 km) and a very beautiful one in Todi (18 km).

GETTING THERE

Nearest airports are Umbria International Airport Sant'Egidio near Perugia (34 km), Rome Fiumicino (180 km) and Ciampino (160 km) International Airports and Florence International Airport (180 km); nearest E45 Motorway exit is at Collepepe (7 km) southbound for railway stations in Todi further to Rome and northbound to trainstations in Perugia further to Florence. Both airports and train stations have excellent car rental services.
