Podere il Fosolo is a typical rural home from the Umbrian countryside, in Piegaro not far away from the well known Lake Trasimeno. The house offers beautiful views, private surroundings and a large nicely postioned pool. In the last few years it has been completely restored mantaining all the characteristics and the original atmospheres. End 2008 the restoration was completed. The country house offers an ideal place for a relaxing holiday for everyone who has passion for countryside and arts.
Podere il Fosolo offers 3 double rooms on the first floor, all with en suite bathrooms and a double room en suite and large suite on the ground floor with bathroom including bath. There is also a separate apartment in the house with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Every room is furnished with shower, tv, air conditioning. The suite is furnished with separate bath tube, tv and air conditioning. The interior is done in a light, modern style.

2 spacious bedrooms with double bed on ground floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. 3 bedrooms on the first floor with double bed and en-suite bathrooms. 1 bedroom in the separate apartment which is part of the house.

6 en-suite bathrooms, beautifully designed, with high quality furniture.
Kitchen
Nicely constructed kitchen with large dining area attached. Cooking isle made by local blacksmith with Boretti/Ilve equipment. Large American style fridge, dishwasher.
Livingrooms
Romantic living room with large antique fireplace and comfortable sofas.
Other rooms
There are special facilities for people who like dogs. A professional kennel is available.
Cleaning
Weekly fresh bed linen and towels included. Cleaning takes place once a week, more often upon request.
