Pricing
Prices vary between EUR 865 for 4 guests, EUR 1950 for 6 guests and EUR 8625 for 18 guests during high season. Please ask for specific prices based on your preferred rental period and number of guests.
Procedure
Deposit: 30% deposit upon booking, balance six weeks prior to arrival.
The villa can only be rented in the peak season as an independent property, rates varying with numers of bedrooms used from a minimum of EUR 8000 per week to EUR 8625 per week for 18 guests.
Changing
Saturdays arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM; eventually changed days and hours upon request.

Bedrooms
9 different, but nicely decorated and colorful bedrooms. Some of them have an ensuite bathroom.
Bathrooms
8 modern bathrooms, one of them has a beautiful corner bathtub overlooking the whole valley.
Kitchen
3 fully equipped kitchens.
Livingrooms
There are different living and dining areas in the building. All equipped with comfortables sofas and arm chairs.

Accessibility
The villa can accommodate someone with reduced mobility.
Outside
The villa has stunning landscaped gardens, with banks of lavender, ancient olives, large grass areas perfect for family games and shaded grass areas, to escape the summer heat, as well as a stunning private putting green. The Jacuzzi and the infinity swimming pool has an unequalled view across the estate to Antognolla Castle. It is surrounded by terraces furnished with luxurious sun beds, one large pergola with dining table and chairs for long lazy lunches and a kitchen garden with table, chairs and umbrella. There is a BBQ available to use.
Notes
The house is suitable for children and included are travel cots and high chairs, but the pool area is not fenced. There is a selection of children's toys and books available as well as inflatable objects for the pool for children. There is a private putting green. Each apartment has central heating making it a perfect family venue for both summer and winter. All windows have fly screens. The house managers are on call and can provide advice on local activities and there is a very comprehensive house information booklet. All units have air conditioning.
This spectacular villa is perfectly situated to enjoy the finest sights of Umbria as well as its restaurants and vineyards. Guests are provided with a comprehensive list of local restaurants as well as directions to local shops (closest 5 mins drive), supermarket, fashion shopping outlets and all necessary facilities as well as opening and closing times, etc. The villa is perfect for entertaining whilst also providing a fantastic base from which to explore Umbria. Local bilingual managers are on hand to help regarding any problems as well as to assist in booking restaurants and provide weekly updated advice as to what is on at that particular time of the year.
SURROUNDINGS
First and for all facility is the Golf Course of Antognolla, an 18 holes Championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. within the estate at 2 minutes drive. There is a driving range, practice ground, club house, restaurant, bar and rental facilities for clubs, trolleys and golf carts. The club is also accessible with a golf cart through a private path across the nature reserve. All guests staying enjoy discounts on the golf green fees and at the clubhouse restaurant.
LEISURE
Leisure
Next to golf the property is an ideal operating base for long walks and other activities as mountain biking or fishing in one of the lakes of the estate during summer or in the river during fall, winter and spring.
