The apartment is located on the first floor with living area with traditional fireplace, Satellite TV and DVD player. The complete furnished kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The 3 bedrooms have queen beds and are of a high standard. The three bathrooms all are equipped with showers. The apartment has a private and comfortable garden with gorgeous views.
The common area includes a large pool, grass tennis court with stunning view, Italian gardens, vegetable gardens, parks and woods. A caretaker for all this lives permanently in the country residence.
For a larger group this house could be rented in combination with 3 other properties which are near this house: Apartment l'Alloro, Casa Asproli and villa Padronale.

Pricing
June - September EUR 1600; other months EUR 1400 (Easter and Christmas EUR 1600).
Procedure
Deposit: 30% upon booking, balance 30 days before arrival;
Weekly cleaning: EUR 70; security deposit: EUR 350.
Changing
Saturdays arrival as of 4 PM, departure latest 10 AM. Other arrival and departures days on request

3 bathrooms each with shower, 2 of which being en-suite. Heated towel rails. High quality materials.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and toaster.

Large lounge with traditional fireplace, high ceiling, a double sofa, Satellite TV and DVD player.

Cleaning
Weekly cleaning, more often upon request. Towels and bed linen are included.

SURROUNDINGS
The majestic hill top, walled town of Todi is approximately 15 minutes drive from the Borgo. A study by Richard Levine, Professor at the University of Kentucky, concluded that Todi is one of the best places in the world to live on the basis of its environment, housing and lifestyle. Cars can be parked at the foot of the town from where a funicular lift ascends to the centre in couple of minutes. The views are breathtaking and an extensive range of restaurants, shops, historical and cultural attractions are on hand.
