La Pergola

Arriving at La Pergola makes you say 'WOW!' when you walk down from the parking down to the entrance of the house. What a great start of your holiday here!

La Pergola is a beautifully restored rustic-chic villa situated on a hillside near Cefalù on the north part of the island, overlooking the entire gorgeous coast line.

Restored with care and furnished with style, the villa and grounds offer plenty of space to relax in beautiful surroundings. The interiors have a rustic-natural look made out of old pieces of furniture and decorations. Whitewashed walls and light wooden beams, grey floors and pure linen fabrics complete it all. The living and kitchen area are on the ground floor while upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms which work well for two couples. A further bedroom with four single beds and a family bathroom make La Pergola ideal for a family holiday .

The terraces full of pots and plants and the exotic garden with palm trees and orange trees with the pool part of this is really impressing and makes the whole setting unique.

Rooms description

There are two double bedrooms in a simple light style with pure linen bed linens. Concrete/resin floors and concrete bathrooms give it a contemporary style. Both bedrooms are en-suite. A third family bedroom with four single beds (which also can be made up as doubles) can also be ideal as kids room. This room has a separate bathroom. All bedrooms are on the first floor and have a beautiful view over the sea.

Three bathrooms made in concrete/resin with old style copper finishings.
Two bathrooms have a shower and the third bathroom has a bath tub with a shower inside.

The kitchen is the central point of the house and opens on both sides to the terraces around the house. An old glass cupboard is full of glasses and plates and the kitche itself was done in a simple farmhouse style. Resin/concrete worktop with open shelves. Not fancy but all is there to do the real Italian cooking. A nice wooden table has been positioned in the center.

Living rooms

During the restoration the entrance of the house became the sitting room. Two frenche style sofas and 2 armchairs are put around the small fireplace. There is a small connecting tv room with a sofa as well. A staircase in the sitting room leads to the first floor.

The pool (size 10 x 5 meters, deep 1,5 meters) with wooden decking and sun loungers sets the scene for total relax and enjoying the sea in front of you and the old town of Cefalù below.
