Located in the heart of the Valle del Cesano with wonderful views across the valley and on Monte Catria, this elegant stone house has been immaculately restored throughout.


Extreme attention was paid in maintaining the original shape and materials for the exteriors, while internally the renowed architect who took care of the entire renovation, took on the challenging task of a minimal redecoration, with an unsurpassed final result.

This stunning property features an irregular and unique shape, probably as a result of subsequent extensions, necessary to accommodate more people as the family became larger over the years.
