Perfect combination of contemporary design enshrined in rural environment, with unique pool


The house was fully and carefully restored in 2018, so it’s a property ready to move into. The restoration was carried out in full respect of the Marche architectural tradition, adding – where possible – modern details: the windows of the living area have been enlarged, allowing the rooms to enjoy as much light as possible; for the floorings, they have opted for a contrast among original cotto tiles for the living room, micro concrete for the kitchen and dining room and wood for the bedrooms. All this is mixed with enchanting harmony.

The property consists of a building in traditional Marchigiano style: the oldest part is built with local stones, the other part is plastered.

The whole building measures about 225 sq.m. an it is divided into 2 parts: the main one is fully finished and it features an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen, all very bright and developing on different levels. On the first floor, accessible through a white iron staircase, there are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms with shower and basin. These two bedrooms share an external toilet. The colours chosen for the finishes are clear, and this means that the light reverberation makes the rooms even brighter. Moreover, with this white canva, it was also possible to use design elements to create contrasts and make each room unique and lively.

Can be used to enlarge the main house, creating a connection inside; or to create two extra independent room with bathroom; or to any use one can think of.

The exterior boasts a beautiful, modern pergola, ideal for staying cool, dining “al fresco” and appreciating the starry sky at night.

The property enjoys a stone-built annex. It is very useful to store the pool and gardening tools, as well as wood for the stove set in the living room. The annex can be turned into a multi-activity room.
