Corallo is an exquisite countryside house, which spreads out over two floors with an annex directly linked to the main house. Strategically located between famous Sangrantino wine town Montefalco and Bevagna, it is the typical representation of Umbrian style. Surrounded by fields and sweet rolling hills, it is not far from town and it is not secluded, keeping anyway the sense of peace and privacy of country lifestyle.

Built between 2013 and 2014 completely antisismic and with great care and proper attention to a wonderful combination of traditional materials and modern interior solutions, when one enters Corallo has immediately the feeling of warmth, tasteful cosiness, and of being at ease. From the large window, west exposed, of the living room, there is a spectacular view on the surroundig field. In total the house has three bedrooms all located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the garden with a typical stone ladder and loggia. Another bedroom is equipped with a walk-in wardrobe. The large annex can be easily used as a bedroom, although currently is used as a studio and living room with fire place.

Corallo is few kilometres away from the beautiful hamlet of Bevagna. The little walled city is one of the most attractive places of central Umbria, in the plain of the Topino River about 8 km from the city of Foligno and it has very good restaurants and hotels and easy parking. Bevagna is very close to three other important beauty spots of Umbria, at most fifteen minutes away by car: 7 km from Montefalco, 12 km from Spello, and about 15 km from Trevi. Bevagna is equipped with churches, bars, shops, pharmacy and post office.


The E45 Motorway entrance connecting with Perugia, Roma, Florence is about 10 minutes drive. Foligno is approximately at 10 minutes drive, and it is very well connected with Rome by train. The aiport of Perugia is 20 minutes drive. The airports in Rome are at approximately 1,45 hour-drive and Florence 2 hour-drive.
