The property leaves absolutely astonished for its architectural design, for its interiors and for the landscape it is nested in.
The original building of L'Opera is dated back from 1485 and in some documents listing the goods of that period also makes appereance of this property. Currently used as a small boutique hotel, L'Opera presents a large total surface, keeping though the sense of cosiness and elegance at the same time. The structure is composed by a two-storey main house, a small annex-farmhouse with rooms and the smaller annex is currently used as a wellness area. Decorated with the perfect match of interior design, flea market unique pieces, Italian and Nordin taste, L'Opera not only has been restored with a wise use of materials, but also with excellent furniture choices. Surrounded by an enchanting country side, in the Marche Region, only 40 minutes drive from the Adriatic sea, it is located in one of the most unspoiled areas of Central Italy, not far from cultural cities such as Urbino, Gubbio and Fabriano. The area offers the quiet of its ancient villages and the sweetness of the surrounding hills.
