Bedrooms
2 bedrooms at the lower level floor each with en suite bathroom and exit to the outside. The master bedroom also has a Spa/hamman (antique fully restored wine basin).

Each floor has a separate fully equipped high quality kitchen. At the upper floor one can find an eat-in kitchen with kitchen island including antique carpenter's table; the work top is made of concrete with marble dust and there's a Siemens stainless steel dishwasher and oven. The second lower level kitchen has a Carrara marble top and Alpes Inox flip-over induction hob, Whirlpool under counter fridge. Both kitchens have CEA design taps with shower.
Livingrooms
The main entrance of the house leads to the large upper level living room with a lot of beautiful views on the Valley. Stuv double-face glass woodburning stove with steel (rust) cladding, dividing the living room from the Library area/Bathroom. The library area may eventually be turned into a separate, third bedroom if desired by the buyer. A modern steel (rust) staircase, leads to the lower level downstairs area where immediately is the second, arched livingroom with built-in hydro wood burning stove plus exit to downstairs garden.
