Masseria Celeste
The exquisite restoration of this 350-year-old farm has landed at the perfect point between stark and overdressed, indulging guests in luxurious comfort inspired by the natural beauty of the Puglian landscape.
Masseria Celeste is a large estate in the heart of Puglia not far from the coves and beaches of the Adriatic. The 350-year-old restored farm accommodates guests in a series of connecting buildings and outbuildings, including the Cumersa, which is the main house, and the Garden Trulli which are the conical limestone buildings found throughout the Itria Valley. The property comfortably sleeps 20, with room for two more if needed, making it ideal for a large group in search of space and relaxation.
The natural chic interiors have been done with a light hand, celebrating the beauty of the buildings’ architectural structures and decorated with the colours of the landscape in beautifully textured linens and wood.
Guests are able to enjoy their own space and privacy, and then join together on the rooftop to enjoy delicious meals made by the private chef. The beach clubs and lidos along the 20km sandy stretch at Savelletri are fabulous, as are the local vineyards and wineries. The trulli villages such as Alberobello and Locorotondo are worth a visit, and there is an abundance of local restaurants and spas to try, before returning to the chic comfort of the Masseria.
Guests are accommodated in three separate buildings:
