The sleek design of these spacious villas with their own pools and separate entrances makes them a luxurious base for a holiday with family or friends

Righe is set in a hilltop position and offers breathtaking views over the rural landscape of coastal Sicily with the beautiful baroque town of Noto just 2km away.

Recently built, the property is made up of two long, low-lying villas, one accommodating six guests in three en-suite bedrooms while the other is smaller and for two. Each villa has an open-plan kitchen and living space in the centre of the building, where white walls and poured concrete floors are complemented by cheerful art by Bortusk Leer, monochrome striped sofas and contemporary Sicilian decorative pieces.

Step outside and the smaller villa has a little pool on a wooden deck as well as a veranda for dining and relaxing with views to the sea. The larger house has a beautifully landscaped garden that is dotted with old trees and Mediterranean planting, while the pool is surrounded by a verdant lawn and set at a perfect splash-proof distance from the house.

Righe is ideal for a multi-generational family holiday or for a group of friends who like their own space. Beautiful towns and beaches with their exemplary restaurants and cafes, are all a short hop from this delightful property.

Bedrooms

The hotel-style bedrooms are luxurious and uncomplicated. Large, comfy double beds and plain white walls provide a calm space, each with sliding doors onto the veranda.

Bathrooms

The en-suite shower rooms are simple yet sophisticated, with high-quality fixtures and fittings.

Kitchen

In both villas, the central room is an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Spacious and mostly monochrome, the well-equipped kitchens have an island each with bar stools, although guests are more likely to eat at the dining table on the veranda admiring the view to the sea.

Living rooms

In the lounge area of the main room of both villas there are two sofas in bold monochrome stripes - the perfect spot for relaxing away from the sun and heat.

Outside

The path leading to the villas has low stone walls topped with slate and mature olive trees either side. The larger villa is set in an attractive garden with a large lawn and mature trees. There is a big terrace at the front of the house with two verandas – one with a comfy sofa and chairs facing the pool and the other with a large dining table with wicker chairs and beautiful seagrass pendants. The larger villa’s pool (15m x 5m) has sunbeds and an outdoor shower while round the other side of the house is another covered terrace with a large table and a BBQ. The smaller villa has a veranda that runs the length of the building and, beyond, a long wooden deck with a plunge pool (2m x 4m) in front of an ancient olive tree. Both villas have a view to the sea.

Notes

The two villas that make up Righe have their own separate entrances, and private pools, parking and gardens. There is enough room for everyone to dine together at the larger villa. Cleaning, and pool and garden maintenance is included.

Prior to arrival, your villa will have been fully sanitised, including all surfaces, objects, kitchen items, curtains, sofas, throws, pillows, toys, and in and around the pool. You are welcome to ask for a detailed list of the entire cleaning procedure we do after each departure and before welcoming new guests to the property.
