The villa is in front of the sea with direct access to the clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is an ideal place for groups and families to enjoy a comfortable and luxury vacation.
Elaia comprises a villa, located on top of a cliff and with its own access to the sea shore, and a lovely house set amidst olive trees. Situated on the Northern coast of Sicily, they enjoy breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the historic Cefalù, whose city centre, with its imposing Norman Cathedral, is only 5 km away; Cefalù was once a fishing village and it still boasts a picturesque small harbour. Palermo, the capital city of the island, is about 50 km away from Elaia, while the beach and a wonderful nature reserve are literally on its doorstep.
Elaia is surrounded by trees and scrub. The house amidst olive trees has the typical charm of a country retreat and is available to rent as a whole entity. The villa, on the other hand, is elegant and spacious, approximately 200 sqm, and has the most splendid views; it develops over two levels, with bedrooms on the first floor and a refined design. The buildings are painted white and stand out in the large garden, a haven of peace and relaxation. Leaning over the railings that run around the vast terrace, or sitting at the table or in one of the sun loungers arranged around its expanse, one can enjoy the most wonderful views, looking out over the sea and down to the Sicilian coastline. A living room that opens into the terrace, the guests’ bathroom, the kitchen and the laundry room are located on the lower level of the villa; the walls are white, and precious marble floor tiles create geometric patterns in the shades of grey. Elaia is comfortable in winter too, with its underfloor heating and fireplace, and its guests could not be more conveniently located to discover the attractions and treasures of Cefalù and of the surrounding area.
There are four double bedrooms on the second floor of the villa at Elaia, each with an independent entrance, lots of light and incredible views. The delightful house amidst the olive trees has two bedrooms, one on the ground and the other on the first floor; there is also a living area with an extra bed. Shades of white, beige and grey have been chosen for the walls and floors, as well as for the bed linen, creating a luminous environment.
