Reaching Il Monte is very convenient and simple: a few steps from Città della Pieve, its private driveway with electronic gate offers easy access. Entering the driveway immediately immerses us in an idyllic reality in which we do not fail to notice the care with which the whole garden is maintained.
The farmhouse is the classic stone-exposed farmhouse with windows on each side and easy connection between indoor and outdoor areas, with original structure dating back to XIX century, fully restored around year 2000.
On the ground floor we find the very large kitchen with access to the living area but also to the garden where you can eat while enjoying the peace that the countryside can offer. All ground floor areas are connected to each other, making Il Monte perfect for large family gatherings and moments with friends. The bedrooms are all on the first floor, and are all very spacious. On the second floor we find very comfortable attic rooms, including a tavern and a play room.
Near the main house there is an annex which acts as a garage. The whole property is immersed in a beautiful rural setting, with around 2,000 olive trees in full production of DOP extra virgin olive oil.
