The buyer can specify their own internal layout and the design of the property on completion of the sale. This includes the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen(s) and living areas. The buyer might like to consider further options such as a wine cellar, technical and utility areas, dressing rooms and fitted wardrobes. Currently, in the main building, some of the internal walls are plastered and the first-floor windows have been installed. Based on the available square meters, it is feasible to achieve 6-8 bedrooms.



Permission has already been granted. The validity of the permission shall be checked upon starting of works. Terraces , garden and grounds can be landscaped as desired, in line with property's location. Access road is already delineated, however some better defining should be carried out.


Electricity is not present, hence it has been connected to the main electrical line and install the meter;
Water is not present yet at the property, so it has to be connected to main water and a well can be digged.
Sewage system can be done with construction of septic tank.
LPG tank can be brought.
All the other technical equipments will be decided upon the project.
