Piazza shares the (non heated) swimming pool with the apartment close to it. Private lawn with edge to grant privacy is part of the property. On this level one also finds a pergola shaded private terrace. Outside stairs connect the private garden and pergola area with the large panoramic terrace. Two large glass doors from the living room open to this large cotto tiled terrace where one finds a porch for dining al fresco, as well as an open air lounge area. Piazza shares the parking place in the front of the building with other 3 units.

The property is connected to comunal water and sewage, electricity and gas (GPL) supply as well as a condominial system of irrigation water supply. The property benefits from the production of electricity via a condominial photovoltaic system. All electrical and hydraulical installations (including heating system, water softener, water pressure and full automatic garden irrigation systems) are all in optimal condition. The Lake Trasimeno is 25 km away. Nearest village is Piegaro (2 km) and other important towns are Citta  della Pieve (13 km), Paciano (18 km) and Panicale (13 km). Piegaro is a sleepy medieval town with some shops (butcher, bakery, small grocery), bars, pharmacy, bank and church. Better equipped shops one can find in Tavernelle di Panicale (9 km) on the way to Perugia. In Piegaro and around one can find some local restaurants; a broader offer with also some fine restaurants is found in Citta  della Pieve.
