One can make long walks from the villa in the woods on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno. Water sports facilities can be found at the borders of Lake Trasimeno in Tuoro and Passignano sul Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago. Passignano sul Trasimeno is the closest viallage, just 4km away, reach in bars, restaurants, markets and shops.
