The nearest town, Passignano sul Trasimeno (4km), on the shore of the lake, is 5-7 minutes away by car, part of which is along a very well-maintained gravel road. Similar farmhouses and villas are visible a comfortable distance away from the property and consequently do not have an impact on privacy.
