La Solda

La Solda is the conception of combining modern European design with traditional Umbrian charm. This unique location boasts breathtaking views, a high level of comfort and a modern southern European style. The Dutch owners couple are passionate art collectors and part of their photography and art collection is exhibited here.

In 2019 we found the location together. The old farmhouse standing there had to be demolished. The old stones of that building were used to rebuild this new house. The design was done in close collaboration with the owners in which the art collection was leading in all the choices we made.

We are particulary proud on the kitchen which was made by our local carpenter and became just the perfect spot in the house.

La Solda is just a stone’s throw away from Città della Pieve. A medieval town that today still exudes its genuine Italian character.
