Podere Sirolo

For this English couple, we made a long time wish come true: Owning and enjoying their Umbrian villa with unique views over the Val di Chiana, just outside the charming town of Città delle Pieve. We started this project in 2020, after they had acquired an old farm house that had to be rebuild. We assisted them in desiging the new villa and managed all the paper works together with our trusted technicians. 

This project has been done in very close collaboration with the owners. Their wish was to make it first of all a very comfortable place for themselves as they recently retired and their goal was to use the house as much as possible themselves. Very important for them was the use of soft colors and natural linens all thoughout the house. For the interior we choose for a combination between hand made bespoke furniture by one of our trusted carpenters and furniture and decorations of well known International brands.

Podere Sirolo came back to life again and became a very special place on a magnificent spot.
