Beautiful Murole is a true unique one of a kind home in the center of a wonderful Puglian town called Muro Leccese with garden and 20 meters pool. The ideal HOME for a group of maximum 14 guests. Just in a few steps you will find restaurants, nice squares where you can have your aperitivo or espresso and when at home you feel yourself in total privacy in a lush garden around the pool.
The property, which dates back to the sixteenth century, offers an harmonious blend of contemporary and traditional style thanks to a clever restoration, preserving many of the palazzo's original features and mixing them with sleek, modern finishes.
The palazzo is located in a gorgeous square in the historical centre of the town and opens out onto a wonderful and peaceful internal courtyard. Murole is built over two floors and offers also a lot of privacy internally. The bright and spacious interior has large glass doors and windows with vaulted ceilings, typical of the Apulian architecture, connecting the indoors with the outdoors. The white walls are interspersed with stylish modern furniture arranged tastefully alongside antique pieces and fine art from the owners' private collection.
There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with 2 annex rooms and one old style kitchen. The large dining room can seat up to 16 guests and offers a lovely view over the garden. There is also plenty of space to relax and entertain in the spacious living room.
Murole can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests in four welcoming double bedrooms and two large triple bedrooms. There are seven bathrooms in total.
There are also two additional bedrooms on the top floor with private kitchen which can be used as extra space for guests or for staff.
The neighbouring Licce with a 15 meter swimming pool can be rented together with Murole with makes it a wonderful large accomodation for groups up to 30 people. The gardens are connected. Ideal for weddings as well.
Outside, there is a lovely outdoor patio, is perfect for al-fresco dining. The garden includes a splendid, 20 meters swimming pool. The pool area is equipped with lounge chairs and sunbeds on a wooden deck.
