Villa Luccio
Feeling of being in the middle of nowhere, waking up with only the sounds of the birds and eating breakfast outside amongst the olive trees and take a morning jump in the pool. What else do you need!
Villa Luccio is a beautifully restored 1920s Puglian villa, transformed into a very comfortable holiday home, situated in the middle of a 5-hectare olive grove in the countryside of Puglia. For the renovation local materials and traditional building methods were used to preserve the historic atmosphere, while the interior was given a modern touch iwith mainly neutral tones. The result is a peaceful home, furnished with elegance, simplicity, and comfort.
2 ensuite bedrooms in the main villa and a small seperate studio with a third bedroom and bathroom makes Villa Luccio the ideal location for a relaxing holiday with family or friends in a true authentic environment.
Take a swim in the pool surrounded by centuries old olive trees, prepare your summer meals in the fully equipped outdoor kitchen and create memorable moments in the lounge under the pergola. Many lively villages all around in the Unesco Valle d'Itria are a short drive away with in every single town its own charm. Within half an hour you reach one of the most beautiful sandy beaches and the well known white city of Ostuni is truly worth visiting as well.
Villa Castelluccio welcomes you in natural simplicity and tranquility!
The building itself was renovated from a ruin of an old traditional Lamia (Farmhouse). Thanks to the restyling and restoration of the interior, we have been able to preserve its historic atmosphere that gives a charming and relaxed feel. The renovations were carried out under the guidance of Andrew Trotter. Not only to ensure that respect was given to the original heritage of the building, but to also help add serenity and comfort that defines this type of traditional Puglian architecture.
The outcome is nothing less than a peaceful home giving a feeling of simplicity and calm.
