Pagoda is a newly built villa with two spectacular pools and a magnificent view to the sea, where, on a clear day, you can see as far as the island of Portopalo.
Built over two floors, the villa offers the perfect stay for two families who like to retain a little privacy and independence from each other. Connected by external stairs, either floor accommodates four guests in two double en-suites. There is an expertly equipped kitchen on either level, as well as a sitting room and sliding doors to a spacious shaded terrace.
The villa draws design influences from Scandinavia, Japan and the Mediterranean, which come together seamlessly to create an unfussy yet interesting and welcoming aesthetic.
This is a property where the outside merges with the interior. Large terraces on both levels either side of the property’s living spaces catch the morning and evening light. When the floor-to-ceiling glass doors are slid open on either side it creates an uninterrupted flow through the heart of the villa on both floors.
The two infinity pools offer fabulous vantage points over the littoral landscape. The ground-floor one is larger at 60sqm, while the upstairs one is 27sqm.
The location of Pagoda is also excellent, just 1km from the white baroque town of Noto and close to the wild beauty of the Vendicari nature reserve with its extraordinarily beautiful beaches and crystal-clear sea.
