Surroundings

The property is surrounded by stunning countryside with long walks available from the door. Pietrafitta (3 km) is a small village with a few shops, bars, a handful of restaurants, a pharmacy and a church. There’s a greater selection in Tavernelle di Panicale (10km) on the way to Perugia, or in Città della Pieve (26km). There are wonderful walks in the wooded hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno (30 km) and in the sought-after Niccone Valley. Water sports are available at the lake, with good facilities in nearby Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Passignano sul Trasimeno and Castiglione del Lago.
