The house is built on two levels. Because of the hillside position the front door is situated on the first floor and you access the house in an entrance area with cloakroom leading directly into a kitchen/dining room, and from there to the covered terrace (portico). 

The house provides a high level of living comfort and many architectural details. In particular, the opening of the living space to the outdoors and the panorama was realized through a complete glass front, which guarantees fabulous views day and night. Inside, much emphasis was placed on open plan living areas that flow into each other to give a feeling of spaciousness.

The certified passive house is supplied via a heat pump (air-air), with connection to a solar system and 4 KW FV panels. A controlled ventilation system regulates the humidity, heating or cooling via wall panels and a sun-controlled external shading also helps to regulate the room temperature.
