The stone two-storey farmhouse is partially restored, complete of the foundation, supporting walls, roof and basic not covered pavements, respecting the characteristics of the country houses (with original beams and original planks of ancient construction). Its half restoration allows the buyers to fully decide the inside layout and swimming pool dimensions and position, avoiding the wait of off-plan projects.

The farmhouse is located at the top of a hill, with an amazing view of the entire valley, reaching also the Val di Chiana. 

The property is located in the council of Piegaro, and it is completely independent and may be reached via a paved road except for the last stretch where we find the white road in excellent condition up to a point and the last 300 m are winding and need to be adjusted. Piegaro is a sleepy medieval town with some shops (butcher, bakery, small grocery), bars, pharmacy, bank and church. Better equipped shops one can find in Tavernelle di Panicale (13 km) on the way to Perugia. In Piegaro and around one can find some local restaurants; a broader offer with also some fine restaurants is found in Città della Pieve (17 km).
Golf courses are in Perugia. At hand are all those sports activities practicable at the lake, such as kite surf, fishing, kayak.
