Poggio di Moiano is a private development project that realises one or two country houses or one villa with guest dependance including a private swimming pool on a strategically positioned hill top in the middle of olive groves located between Tuscany and Lake Trasimeno. The location itself is fabulous since the panoramic views from the center of the top, where the future buildings will be, are absolutely vast and unique, landmarked by a beautiful tall pine tree. Privacy is guaranteed to a maximum at this site, where the property is easy to access from various directions and not isolated at all.

Currently on the land are some ruins that need full demolition and rebuilding based on the buyers customised design of one or two luxurious houses or a spacious villa with annex for guests.

The land is currently owned by a local family that runs a building company with a proven track record (see e.g. 'Podere Masale' in our rentals section) which will develop the new houses and swimming pool, only and exclusively against the wishes and needs of the buyer. The buyer will be full single private owner of the land whilst signing a separate building agreement with the family's building company in order to realise the properties.
